How do I start working for LinkedField?

Complete the Remote PM application form and one-way interview to create a LinkedField profile
You will receive a confirmation email with additional information you may be interested in.

Step 2

Complete the one-way interview to complete your LinkedField profile
Conduct an online 1-way interview

Step 3

LinkedField will match your profile to work opportunities with General Contractor Project Teams.
No further action item right now

Step 4

When a Project team selects your profile, LinkedField will contact you to confirm your availability.
We will send an email to the address we have on file.

Step 5

LinkedField will setup a kickoff meeting and you get to work!
When your project ends, go back to Step 4 and get more work.

What can I expect as a LinkedField Construction Remote Manager?

This is not a traditional PM role and not a pure customer facing role.

As a Remote Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Do the work (get documents approved (submittals, change orders, closeout, etc))
- Own the customer relationship and with subcontractors
- Project delivery end-to-end using LinkedField’s internal tools
- Be accountable for outcomes, metrics, problem solving and client satisfaction

‍This role is best suited for experienced GC PMs / APMs who want ownership, autonomy, and remote flexibility—and who enjoy unblocking complex problems on projects and driving them to completion.

LinkedField finds customers who need help, typically General Contractors, subcontractors or owner teams so you don't have to.

LinkedField takes care of the marketing/public relations/HR/accounting so you don't have to.

LinkedField Remote PM's calls (then emails) the subcontractors a consistent/coordinated request for documents each week, not ad hoc requests.

LinkedField's platform is tech-enabled so we are constantly developing new software tools to make the experience and process better

LinkedField works with mid-size to large commercial General Contractors, on mid/large/multi-phase /complex projects. These project teams run into “emergency” situations where they need additional resources from LinkedField
