3+ years of construction management experience. Responsible to collect, compile, and submit change orders for approval. Track and manage the owner comments and communicate revise and resubmit comments between subs and owner. Must be comfortable with calling subcontractors/vendors and communicating verbally to collect document/information. After the call, follow up with an email to document the items and action items discussed. Hospital Experience a plus
