Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR)

Responsabilities

Marketing and Sales

  • Your primary goal will be to bring in new leads
  • Prospect, research, and create plan for outreach to target personas
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management with forecasting
  • Engage with Construction professionals through cold calling/emails, and social outreach to identify pain points solved by our products
  • Be hungry to learn and become expert in PaaS sales, construction, our products, and internal technology/systems

Construction Software Product Sales Stretagy

  • Work closely with CEO to contribute to sales strategy and help fine tune sales playbook and scripts
  • Share customer learnings with product team
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Results-driven and have a consistent track record of delivering quality work on time
  • Tenacity and grit are some of your stronger qualities
  • An urge to reach out and make new friends with strong social and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong, professional communication skills - written, verbal, and in presentation
  • You can work independently with little oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • You can independently run and improve on processes as the team grows
  • No startup experience required; we would become that "foot-in-the-door" to the contech industry

Bonus Points

  • Experience within the commercial construction industry is a major plus
  • You speak the language of the accountants, controllers, executives, and project managers that we serve
  • Experience with best-in-class marketing/sales tools i.e. Hubspot, YAMM, Zoominfo
