We are thrilled to have you join us and start using the LinkedField platform. As a platform, LinkedField handles the following tasks, allowing you to do construction work remotely without worrying about them.
- LinkedField finds project tasks for you so you spend more time working on value add tasks (and making some money!).
- LinkedField take care of the marketing/public relations/social media
- LinkedField facilitate the coordination and communication between the community and project teams to ensure consistency and high level of quality.
- LinkedField make the payment process easy by streamlining the invoicing and payment process.
- LinkedField's platform is tech-enabled so we are constantly developing new software tools to make the experience and process better for the community.

In order to make you eligible to work on new projects, we need you to complete this one-way interview.  A One-Way video interview enables LinkedField remote construction professionals to conveniently answer interview questions on your own time via webcam. 

It should take about 10-15 minutes to go through the process.  Please complete the one-way interview in the next week.

The LinkedField team is using this one-way interview to understand your construction experience, if you would prefer your camera can be turned off so you can complete the one-way interview as it suits you best.     

After you complete the one-way interview, LinkedField will review your application materials. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with a LinkedField community manager (30 min).
